Susan Hefuna – passage is her thirteenth publication with Kehrer Verlag, and is published on the occasion of the exhibition of the same name in Duisburg. Hefuna uses a wide range of media and materials in her extraordinary creations, including drawing, installation, video, photography, and performance. Inspired by cityscapes and urban architecture, she explores the connections between place, time, and perception. Hefuna’s work has been exhibited around the world and is represented in major public collections, including the New York MoMA, the Guggenheim Museums, the Centre Pompidou, and the Louvre in Paris.
